Program inquiries

When you email us, we receive your email address, the information you include and the related correspondence. We request only an adult contact name, learning interests and, optionally, an age band and preferred times. We use this information to answer your inquiry and discuss the programs you ask about.

Children's information

Inquiries should be sent by a parent, guardian or adult school representative. Please do not send a child's full name, birth date, photographs, school details, health information or payment information for an initial inquiry.

Email and website services

Our email and website service providers process information needed to deliver messages and operate their services. Their processing may include technical information such as connection data and service logs. An email link opens your own email application; information is not submitted through a website form by that link.

Marketing choices

Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to a general newsletter. Please tell us if you no longer want further correspondence about your inquiry.

Your requests

Contact hello@tokyostemschool.com to ask about the information associated with your inquiry, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. We may need to confirm that the request comes from the relevant person. Requests are handled subject to applicable requirements.
